The Hard Rock Café & 104.1 KRBE Teams up with SOLE Fresh in an effort to End World Hunger!


The Why Foundation has teamed up with the melodic duo, SOLE Fresh, to host a holiday, world hunger awareness, Showcase Mixer Houston, TX on December 18, at The Hard Rock Café.

The charity mixer also offer more than just performances; a model casting also took place to find models for SOLE Fresh’s music video in Houston.

Mannie Fresh, whom discovered the indie rock/hip-hop music duo, SOLE Fresh, has also been recognized globally for aiding in the development and musical productions of multi-platinum, Grammy award winning artist,

Lil Wayne.

SOLE Fresh cannot be placed in a box, they represent a broad range of genres, from rock, to hip-hop, to pop,” Mannie Fresh said.

New Orleans natives Nardo and Knoxx, of SOLE Fresh, are

currently college freshman students at Tulane University with high energy and a passion for music, in all forms. Their debut album, “Peace

, Love, & Overweight Babies” produced entirely by super producer Mannie Fresh, is set to be released on March 2.

“We simply make feel good music, because that’s what our nation needs right now,” Nardo Jonze of SOLE Fresh said.

Their 1st single "Hero" is available on iTunes now.

Their debut album "Peace, Love, & Overweight Babies" will hit stores in March 2010. The Entire album is produced by Mannie Fresh.
