I got a Fanny...Just hear me out!! lol

Well I have been running around town trying to prepare myself for this ridiculously cold NY weather. People are telling me its going to be 3 degrees tomorrow night. 3 DEGREES MY NICCA??!! lol So in the process I have purchase leather gloves, hats, scarfs, and...A FANNY PACK LOL!! now before you start pulling out your pistols just hear me out! Yes I bought a fanny pack...first off the word "Fanny" bothers me, but I need this thing and no I didn't get the really weird looking ones from the 80's. I need to keep as warm as possible I mean I'm from the south as soon a the wind blows we put on coats so I am really scared right now. I want to keep my hands in my pockets at all times.Not everyone can wear one like MEN! Pls don't but I think SOME of them are cute. I think mines is cute. I added some random pics of Fanny Packs...don't ask why I RANDOMLY put the picture of the gun in the fanny lol it was just funny to see that. That gives me an idea...don't push me I might just pack that heat LOL!!!! Ok let me stop!

Are we really going to do it??

We are just hours away from 2009. As for many of us including myself have a list of to-dos, goals, expectations, and new years resolutions. If you are really driven then your list may be a bit overwhelming. Just take it step by step. This is also a good time to separate yourself from those people or things that bring negativity into your life. Be happy in 2009. Don't let people or laziness be the reason your plans fall through. Try some new "positive" things and take care of yourself. Is it just me or does it seem like a year goes by like in 6 months?? lol Time is flying lets not waste it. Yea we can look back at 2008 and and see money wasted or lost...but we can make that back in 2009. But we can never get back the time wasted. We have a lot to look forward this year. (Change) Live this year like your last cause you never just know.....

Didn't go to the sneaker summit so........

Well I didn't go to the sneaker summit today......am I wrong? I just felt like enjoying life outside of work. My gal pal Jen convinced me to go to Whole foods...I really didn't want to go but glad I did. I discovered a brand called TOMS that uses organic cotton, bamboo, and 33% plastic bottles...very interesting. Check out the pics...I also stopped at Borders and expanded my mind....lol yea yea I was reading the second book by "Superhead"...

Holiday Shopping....."Beat it like a cop!" LOL!!

I don't know what made us go to the mall on one of the most craziest days on the year but we did. After about what felt like an hour looking for parking we entered the craziness. I already have beef with the mall (Mass production) but I needed to make an exchange and attempt to look for requested gifts. It was totally crazy up in there the stores were a mess and we could barely concentrate so, we had no choice but to make fun of the situation. My My new friend Waylo looks soooo similar to Lil Wayne it's ridiculous!! lol! I wish I could have took some pics of the people in the mall loose their minds trying to see is if it was Lil Wayne. Lauren and I didn't make it any better walking with him looking like his damn stylist LOL! One guy even tried to sneak a pic!! And to top it all off he even can sound like him... I hated the mall but at least we had fun....btw the mall didn't really have anything fashion wise....more so on the cool toys for kids and electronics....

Ok I got the cd on Saturday popped it in at 2pm and zoned out til 2AM! I heard very mixed reviews about the album some saying that Kanye had abandoned hip hop, that it was garbage, and that it was his best yet. I loved it. It is very emotional (like myself) We should have seen this coming especially after all he went through recently. He needed to vent and that's exactly what he did. I respect him for doing what he wants...reminds me of Madonna she has done it all and is respected by many. I like all the songs I can actually just let the cd play but my tops are: Say you will, Paranoid, Street Lights, Bad News, and coldest winter. Ye get major cool points for having Kid Cudi on the album watch out for him... If you had the chance to check out this cd let me know your thoughts......
